I just wanted a small get together, little pool party for Ellie’s 1st birthday. I have a limit of 20 people, set by the motel, and I HAD no intention of even having 10 people. But the only way that would help us save more money is if gram babysits instead of me having to pay for daycare. Maybe if I pull the “If I get job, the more money we save, which means we’ll be out of here a lot faster” card she’ll help. Doubt it, but it’s worth a try.

So Tim got a thing in the mail like he always does from work telling him which jobs are open where so he can bid on them if he wants to. There’s a maintainer job in Watertown, and that’s like $3 more an hour plus overtime.
